So the holiday season is upon us, and with finals in full spring, it can be kind of hard to find time to shop for your loved ones, am I right? Speaking for the men especially... I know it can seem like hell when shopping for the lovely ladies in your life, whether it be your mother, your sister or your girlfriend!

This essentials routine I'm going to show you today, is what has been working best for my skin-type, after consulting a Karine Joncas specialist.

The first step in my daily routine is to cleanse my face. I'm a big makeup wearer and this takes off all of my makeup at night. Prior to using this cleanser, I use a facial wipe to take off the first layer of makeup. I typically go for 1 pump of this face wash, twice (so I double cleanse my skin, making sure all the impurities are gone).
Next step: concentrate. I love this serum! It's lightweight, non sticky and fast absorbing. You can go for up to 4 pumps, but I usually only need 2 pumps for my whole face. I've been using these products for almost a month now, and I can definitely tell a difference in my dark spots, the overall texture of my skin and an improvement in my dark circles!
Then, time to finish off your quick 3-step skincare regimen with a moisturizer. This one is everything! It's a gel, so for all my combination-oily skin girls out there, this is for you! What I love most about this moisturizer is that, unlike other gel-type moisturizers, it doesn't leave your skin feeling like you've put absolutely nothing on it! You know that feeling when you put on a gel and it just... disappears? Well this one is extra moisturizing thanks to the collagen, and leaves your skin feeling supple and hydrated. You can also use this as a hydrating night mask, putting on a bit more and leaving it overnight.
